On Thursday night at the Greystone Manor Supperclub in West Hollywood, Adrian Grenier aka Vincent Chase from Entourage fame was recognized for his philanthropic work at the OK! Magazine star studded Pre-Oscar party. Grenier had the honor of being introduced by good friend and former co-star Emmanuelle Chriqui who many will remember as Eric's girlfriend Sloan.
